Unlocked IPhone 7 Space Grey 128 GB W/ AppleCare+, Toronto, ON in Toronto, Ontario for sale

Selling a mint condition, factory unlocked iPhone 7 Space Grey 128GB. The iPhone was purchased directly through Apple and has full AppleCare+ coverage until September 15, 2018 (no hardware claims filed so far). The phone will work with any carrier. 
The device has been well cared for and a case + tempered glass screen protector were used with the device since day 1. There are no marks/scratches visible to the naked eye anywhere on the device. I've done my best to capture this in the pictures. 
Included as part of the sale (see pictures): iPhone + original box + original charger + original unused accessories (headphones, lightning cable, 3.5mm adapter) + used Spigen Ultra Hybrid case. There is a tempered glass protector already on the device. This can be left for the buyer but I'm also happy to remove this before the sale if requested.
Device will come with a fresh install of the latest iOS.
