This lovely great bone china is from Coalport, England. Including a charming black band with a gold gilt ring on one end and a thick, rich gold gilt band around the rim, on intense white, great English Bone China. This is from the Lynton collection, ceased 1983.
The flat teacup and saucer stands 2.25" higher and measures 3.25" across the rim. The dish measures practically 5.75" across the rim. Supper plate procedures 10.75" across rim. Mixed greens plate procedure 7 3/4" throughout rim, Bread/side plate measures 6" throughout rim. Offering platter procedures 14" across rim. No nicks, chips, splits or crazing. Gold gilt trim is in exceptional disorder. 9 spot settings (5 items each; plus 1 orphan tea dish) plus 1 offering plate.
