For sale is an absolutely incredible early 1900's antique British fruitwood (cherry? chestnut?) hutch and china cabinet. It was purchased several years ago from Rose Antiques by my parents. It is a spectacular butterscotch colour. We are about to redo our kitchen and no longer have room for it :( It is time to find a new home for it. GIve me your best offer!!! It must be seen in person to be appreciated!!
Each side of the glass doored upper cabinets has two glasses shelves--perfect for showcasing china and crystal. The lower cabinet has one large shelf in the middle section and large open areas on either side of the lower cabinet (you could have a shelf made for these sections).
The piece is in perfect condition and has been lovingly looked after. It is in two parts--the top section does life of the bottom. which makes moving the cabinet a little easier, although it is a large, statement making piece indeed.
Dimentions are: overall 83" x 83" h x 18" d (sides) and 22" d (middle).
Buyer to pay in cash and to pick up from our home in Etobicoke. Please note: purchaser should arrive at our house with an appropriate vehicle for moving a large piece of furniture. Note also that the contents of the cabinet do not come with it!!!
Thank you for your interest!
