Here is a YouTube link to video shot in October by a guest www.youtube.com/watch?v=9DGFHzxuDwQ
For some reason the Craiglist site is not posting the pictures below correctly - will keep trying but in the mean time you can go to http://www.flickr.com/photos/sheehancabin/sets/72157625896371265/ to see all the pics.
Spring season to June 10: $400 weekends and $135 per week night.
Summer weekends are $490 and weeks are $1200. Weekdays are $175/night.
Check in and out is 5 pm except where other arrangements are made.
Our renovated waterfront log cabin has big, bright windows with views to the water and the forested, rolling hills on our private, 2 acre property with 400 feet of private water frontage. The kitchen is equipped for people who like to cook! Ralph Lauren style decor in 16'x24' cedar log with high ceilings, exposed beams and exposed log walls throughout. Open concept cooking and living area, woodstove, new stereo, dvd player, and flat screen TV. New mattresses, pillows and duvets assure a great night's sleep too. The outdoor hot shower and cabana dining room and sultan's bed get rave reviews from our summer renters.
We have a canoe and a sailboard, a swimming raft and perfectly swimmable, weed free water front.
Perfect for one or two couples or one small family. One bedroom with double bed and bunk bed; living room seating converts to a queen bed. There's a huge claw foot tub in the bathroom and beautiful views from all the windows.
I've been renting our cabin out for 6+ years and our guests are always delighted.
Here's what last week's renter emailed to me: "Now about this place you call a cabin. Its actually a cozy, paradise of cuteness! We where super happy with the layout and design of the interior. (It should be in cottage life magazine!) The claw foot tub is such an awesome touch. The wood stove is perfectly situated and kept us warm and cozy. The kitchen was a dream to cook in and we made some world class meals. The ipod line out for the mini stereo was a hit and we so took advantage of the brilliant sound. All in all we had a blast and all of it thanks to the cabin itself. We loved the idea of keeping the place super clean and we enjoyed leaving it in perfect condition for the next visitors to enjoy as we did from the moment we entered the door. We will be re-booking soon! "
