3PL Dispatcher with Container Experience/FT Perm $32-36K (Concord) in Toronto, Ontario For Sale

Our client, a well established 3PL company located in Concord, is looking for a dispatcher to add to their growing team.
Key responsibilities of the position include:
• Route planning
• Scheduling and providing relevant information to dispatching drivers
• Customer service
• Answering phones and entering orders accordingly
• Dispatching for 9 trucks
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
• 2+ year dispatch experience
• Experience with Tail Wind
• Container Experience
• Experience with Container Drayage
• Excellent problem solving ability
• Capable of working independently and manage pressure
• Self starter
• Must be a team player
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
• Capable of working with minimal supervision
• Basic computer skills and database experience
• Previous experience in a fast paced, ever changing environment
• Must have previous driving or transportation experience
This is an excellent, full time, long term position with a well established organization. The opportunity has growth potential, long-term employment and an enjoyable working atmosphere. Monday -- Friday 9:00am-5:00pm (may need to be on-call from 6:00am)
This is an immediate opening with a pay rate between $32-36 k.
