North American/European Recruitment Coordinator 2011
Outgoing and energetic people are needed to travel throughout USA, Canada and Europe giving presentations on university campuses for student Volunteer and Adventure Travel Programs. Our top Recruitment Coordinators make in excess of $1500 USD a week. In addition, travel expenses such as accommodation & transport are covered by ISV, weekly cash allowance is also provided and strong performance incentives throughout the entire recruitment period so you must be motivated to be at the top of the sales charts!
We are having interviews for this position in Toronto, Ontario on Wednesday June 29th.
This is a unique opportunity perfect for outgoing and charismatic individuals who have a passion for travel and inspiring students. Successful candidates will be given the opportunity to continue the position in the spring of 2012 (approx. March 2012) throughout Australia & New Zealand.
This is your chance to be a part of an international sales team for the world's highest rated volunteer/adventure program for students. Our sales team will consist of over 50 staff from all over the world including the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand!
Long term opportunities are available for successful Recruitment Coordinators to continue on with ISV in a range of fields including marketing, tour and project coordination, special projects and office administration.
Who is ISV

What is this Job?
As an ISV Recruitment Coordinator, you will be visiting university campuses across the USA, Canada, the UK and Ireland, making presentations to students about volunteer and travel opportunities.
Who are we looking for?
We are expanding at a rapid pace with exciting programs on all six major continents and require people with the following qualities
• Self motivated and independent people
• Excellent communication skills (and a loud voice)
• Can confidently present to a large group
• A strong work ethic
• Physically fit
• A desire to make great money
• A strong sense of adventure
• Can relate well to and excite university students about travel
• 21 years and above (for car rental purposes)
