EACHCA is an all-Canadian high-end fashion brand, focusing on ladies and mens' apparel. Our goal is to enrich and strengthen the fashion industry in Canada, whilst ensuring all stages of sourcing and production are being completed locally. The highest qualities of fabrications are sourced and strict precision is consistent during the designing and developing stages of each garment. It is important for EACHCA to showcase to our customers, the real essence of comfortable yet elegant fashion.
We are currently seeking a Sales Operational Manager, who will oversee our growth and lead the sales and marketing aspects of our company to ensure sales targets are met, and our presence in the market is maintained.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage company sales strategies aligned to our company goals
- Continually manage and oversee sales processes
- Prospect and identify new market opportunities within the fashion industry
- To lead and facilitate the retail sales teams in ensuring sales targets are achieved
- Track, analyze and compile data review and reports (which shows actual vs target sales) for our Senior Management
- Develop criteria which will allow our success in the marketplace
- Ensure overall revenue growth is achieved
- Work cross-functionally with the Marketing and Sales Reps to develop effective sales strategies and priorities
- Key point of contact for reporting weekly/monthly on revenue plan vs actual
- Other related tasks may be assigned
Our Requirements:
- Completed Degree / Diploma in Business (Marketing, Economics, Business Administration)
- At least 5 years of similar experience within the Fashion / Retail industries in Canada is required
- Strong ability to effectively manage others
- Strong self-motivation and desire to succeed
- Ability to synthesize data into comprehensive reports for all levels of staff
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong leadership skills
- Highly organized and detail-orientated
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and collaborative skills
- Meeting management and group process facilitation skills
- Customer focused with the ability to meet stringent deadlines
