Rent includes room plus all utilities, laundry and high-speed wireless internet. Share bathroom, second washroom (powder room) and kitchen. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals fast. Walking distance to many language schools like Hansa, King George College and others, close to library and shopping mall with supermarket. Number of different shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and dancing places plus 3 movie theaters and all other amenities are available close by as well. Pick up from and/or drop off to the airport or bus station may be arranged for a nominal additional fee or for free. In the summer you can barbecue outside.
