Technical Salesforce Consultant in Toronto, Ontario for sale

Our Salesforce team is growing, and you have an opportunity to get in on the ground floor! We are seeking a Technical Salesforce Consultant to act as a liaison among stakeholder groups, providing consistent Client support throughout the implementation lifecycle and operations of a Client organization. You will provide a balance of functional and technical expertise and support the Solution Architect in facilitating analysis and design sessions with the Client.

What you'll do

  • Conduct needs assessments or process facilitation with Clients to identify organizational, information, and integration requirements.
  • Identify and translate requirements that require development or custom solutions.
  • Lead the development work streams, including design, build, test, and deployment.
  • Adhere to an agile approach to deliver timely and relevant information on development tasks and set realistic schedules.
  • Promote interoperability of business and technology, acting as the bridge between the business objectives and the technology requirements.
  • Lead Client groups to conceptualize processes to apply information technology as a strategic asset, as it applies to business.
  • Create and demonstrate solutions built on Salesforce.
  • Consistently learn, evaluate, and make recommendations on existing and new technologies that could be used to meet existing and future Client needs.
  • Determine business requirements through research, facilitation, and/or analysis.
  • Document requirements by using different techniques such as Use Cases, User Stories, and/or Swim Lane Diagrams.
  • Facilitate the development/creation of current and future state business process, organizational, and high-level technology architecture models related to the problem domain leveraging Salesforce as the preferred solution.
  • Develop detailed technical specifications, which could include projected costs.
What we'd like
  • Knowledge of CRM Business Processes Custom Application Development using the Salesforce platform.
  • 3+ years of CRM consulting with hands-on experience with one or more CRM software products, preferably Salesforce.
  • 3+ years of experience identifying and documenting business process requirements, developing process flow analysis, data modeling, and functional design experience.
  • Understanding of the Salesforce platform, architecture, and product suite.
  • Continuously learning mindset and enjoy working on open-ended problems.
  • Post-secondary education specialized in one of the following areas is preferred: Computer Science, Software engineering, or Information Technology
