Upon arrival you will feel comfortable with the aromatic tzatusuma scent that fills the spa. From the clean, modern design of our reception and waxing areas to the relaxing spa music. We welcome you to a happier waxing experience.
All new customers fill out a customer intake form, which we use to learn a bit about you and your skins needs. This form can be filled out from our website before your first appointment to save you time, just bring it with you when you have your scheduled appointment.

We care about what goes on your skin just as much as what comes off, which is why we use only the finest ingredients in our waxing products. Our Toronto's Custom-made wax is super soft and gentle on the skin. If your skin is on the sensitive side, we welcome you to book a complimentary test patch.

We take every step to ensure the highest level of sanitation. Tweezers and scissors are sterilized and bagged after every use with our hospital grade sterilizer from ACCEL.
OUR POLICIY
Your patience and understanding of our policies is greatly appreciated.
As a courtesy we ask our customers that cancellations be called in five hours prior to a scheduled appointment.
Due to the high volume of scheduled appointments/walk-ins, we cannot hold your appointment if you are late; however, if you call ahead to advise you are running late, we will try to accommodate you.
If you require any change or additional services, these must be requested with the receptionist prior to check-in.
** Only the customer and waxer are allowed in the waxing room while services are being performed (customers ages 15 years and younger may be accompanied by a parent or guardian).
** Pets are not allowed.
** Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
** If you need to use our restroom, we ask that you do this prior to being called in for your service.
** Food and drinks are not allowed in the waxing rooms.
** Our spa is non-smoking facilities.
** Gratuities are not included in our prices.
