A great opportunity for a go-getter, ambitious and dedicated individual sales experience in printing industry. An individual who can fit well within a nonstructured, non-corporate and entreprenuerial environment is best suited. Please forward resume as interviews are being conducted next week
Retain and develop existing customers.
Increase sales volume and maximize cross selling of all products to clients.
Target new business opportunities; prospect, pitch for and win new business.
Develop lasting relationships with customers and manage accounts to ensure a first class customer experience.
Targeting and winning new business.
Working remotely, liaising with internal estimating, customer service and production departments to manage campaigns through production.
Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
Maintain and continuous develop industry knowledge
Will be responsible for the Toronto sales team.
Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Representatives.
Conduct one-on-one monthly reviews with all Sales Representative.
Coaching and mentoring sales team to be "the best they can be."
Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
Provides timely feedback to Owner regarding individual and team's sale performance.
Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Representatives.
Coordinate daily meetings, sales role -- play activities to improve selling techniques with Sales Team.
Experience in the digital printing/printing press industry is a must
Proven salesmanship acquired over 5 years
Proven experience of achieving sales targets
Self-motivated and able to motivate others
Excellent team player
Able to work to tight deadlines and work under pressure
Able to work using their own initiative
Strong interpersonal skills
