ISA International, Inc. is a leading furniture manufacture supplying to the architectural and interior design industry.
We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and disciplined full time or part time team player who will be able to support the marketing department in developing and maintaining advertising and promotional media.
EDUCATION:
Diploma in Graphic Design or a comparable discipline; an equivalent combination of education and practical experience acceptable.
SKILLS:
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task while working in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to function well in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of timelines.
• Project management practice.
• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suites, Adobe Creative Suites, IT and Internet.
• Understanding of the architectural and interior design industry through education and/or work experience would be an asset.
• Knowledge of construction practice and understanding of architectural documentation would be an asset.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and photography would be an asset.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assisting the marketing department with conceptualizing design ideas.
• Design, develop, and maintain ad layouts for print, product specification sheets and cut sheets, product catalogues, and social media sites.
• Maintaining company website.
• Meet print ad and catalogue deadlines.
• Liaise with marketing and media suppliers via email and telephone.
• Photographing and editing ISA product images.
• Preparing presentation packages and product marketing.
Hours of operation: Monday to Friday 9:00am -- 5:00pm.
