Construction Project AdministratorRole Summary:Our client, one of Canada?s leading Real Estate Owners is looking for a Project Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and coordination to the Project Manager in order to assist in the overall management of the construction projects within the commercial real estate portfolio. This role offers a fantastic work environment which will offer a wide variety of responsibility and tasks. Salary starting at 40K dependent on experience.To be considered for this role, please email your resume to kfisher@nextalent.ca with ?Project Administrator? in the subject line.Job Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for the construction team Reporting, forecasting, and analysis of data (utility consumption, projected utility budgets, pre-bills, recoveries, vacancy reports, 3rd party management)Maintain records, technical drawings, and permits for multiple construction projects Aid in the transition of facilities management and operational responsibilitiesReview and process all invoices from contractors, trades, sub-trades, and tenant allowancesPrepare tenant correspondence regarding insurance records, accounting documentation, client services, and customer serviceCoordinate and complete multiple time sensitive assignments, projects, and ad hoc requests simultaneouslyMaintain the project change documentation and ensure signatures are received and documents are filed properlyScheduling project meetings to minimize conflicts Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have prior project admin/coordination experience in construction, real estate or property management.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.Ability to deliver excellent customer service at all levels of the organization and with external partners.Possess strong organizational, time management and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment.Exhibit a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.Strong relationship-building ability, proactive, results-oriented, and resourceful.Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail.Listing originally posted at http://www.bullhornreach.com/job/481125_construction-project-administrator-toronto-on-canada?utm_source=oodle.com&utm_medium=referral&utm_content=job&utm_campaign=feeds1
