I have 4 Hanook winter tires also in very good condition. Only used for 2 seasons, that I will include with the car. The tires come with their own rims so installs only cost $40!

Only parked underground. Has not been driven much over the last year as I have been working in Vancouver for 10 months.

Regular maintenance always done and kept it clean inside / out. Waxed it myself twice a year too. Will give you a bucket full of car cleaning goodies as well :)
