Small vintage Venture 5 speed road bike - up to 4'11" - $90 in Toronto, Ontario for sale

This is a vintage 5 speed road bike with 24 inch wheels and 16.5 inch frame (42 cm), which means it would fit someone who is 4'6" to about 4'11" tall, or so.
So if you are 5'1" and can read, this bike is too small for you.

It has new cables, wheel hubs have been greased, new handlebar tape, and all gears work.

Bike type info:
Shimano gear lever, shimano hubs, shimano 5 sprocket freewheel.
Star brake levers, star brake callipers, proto crank arms, proto crank.

It has a tiny tear in the seat (1/2 inch) , which isn't visible in the pics.
