150-Year Old Artwork of Niagara Falls in Toronto, Ontario for sale

Antique Historical Painting that is around 150 years of ages, Oil on Canvas, It is authorized on the bottom right and the name of the paint is written on the left.
This oil on canvas was repainted on Possibility point USA, showcasing Terrapin factor, horse shoe drops and Loretto Academy.
Terrapin point the moment was the place that had a checking out board stroll developed on 1800 and once featured a tower to watch the edge of the falls. That tower was then blasted and torn down in 1872. The walk means to the edge of Terrapin factor was still being used for the paying public till it was regarded risky and was torn down in 1880. Canada residence was integrateded the 1800 and on 1861 it was transformed to exactly what it is known today as Loretto Academy which is plainly seen in the back ground of this wonderful historic item.
The Paint is Marked on the left had side marking Loretto, and on the Right you could see partial trademark of A O. Con and on the back of the canvas is a pale 150 years of age trademark of the artist in pencil.
It is in its initial structure.
