$700 $700 room in downtown toronto!!! in Toronto, Ontario

Room available for a summer sublet in a 2 br apartment. It is available from May-September (or mid September). The place is on dundas and beverly, right by the AGO. it is a 10 min to walk to the Beverly campus (beverly and st. george) and a 10 min walk to queen street. It is really central and beverly has a bike lane! there is also a cheap grocery store next door called 'lucky moose'. Its $700 plus utilities , which will prob be around $40 a month (varies around time of year). There is laundry in building. About me - I'm 27, doing a masters at UofT and am clean and friendly.
